Trial Period and Refunds

30-Day Risk-Free Trial:

For hearing aid purchases, we offer a 30-day risk-free trial period. You can return the products for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied.


Conditions for Returns:

To qualify for a refund, the hearing aids must be in good working condition, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging returned along with the product. Products that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.


Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, our team will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
